The Courage to Stand

A spoken word piece about finding the strength to resist evil when the world calls you crazy for seeing clearly

They call us crazy— The ones who see darkness creeping, Who notice culture shifting From shielding innocence to targeting it.

"Conspiracy theorists" they say For calling evil by its name, For refusing to pretend everything's okay When truth is called hate.

But what's ACTUALLY crazy? Watching civilization commit suicide And calling it "progress."

We're not the crazy ones— We're still sane enough To see through gaslighting, Still connected to truth, Still human enough To feel sick when evil calls itself good.

Yes, they'll shame you, Make you feel alone In what you see.

But remember: Noah looked crazy—until the rain fell. Lot looked crazy—until fire fell. The prophets looked crazy—until judgment fell.

Sometimes being called crazy Is the price you pay For seeing clearly In a world gone blind.

The courage to stand Isn't about not being afraid— It's about being more afraid Of staying silent Than speaking up.

Truth doesn't need a majority vote. It doesn't need popular approval. It doesn't need cultural acceptance.

Truth stands alone, Even when everyone else sits down. Light shines in darkness, Even when darkness seems to win.

So when they call you crazy, Wear it like a badge of honor. When they call you hateful, Know you're loving The people they're destroying.

You're not alone. There's an army of us Who see what you see, Who refuse to bow To false gods.

The remnant— The ones who won't compromise, Who hold to what's eternal, Truth deserves defense, Good deserves to win.

Stand up. Speak up. Don't back down.

This is our moment. This is our test.

Stand.
